Simply add a teaspoon of the blend to a loose leaf T-cup or T-pot infuser and brew for 3-5 minutes. Strain the blend and enjoy.
Once opened consume within 12 months and store in a cool dry place.
Found it nice to drink, seems to have cured a cough i had for at least 2 weeks, from drinking only 3 times so far.

Not sure if it's meant to have that effect, but it relaxed me so much that I slept so well after. Beautiful tea!
